TNS, its subsidiaries and /or associated companies require that all users of TNSInfo Portals adhere to the following terms and conditions of service. By accessing and using TNSInfo Portals, you indicate your acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions of service. If you do not agree with these terms of service, you should not use TNSInfo Portals. These terms and conditions also apply to any other TNS group solutions that may be used via TNSInfo Portals including, but not limited to, TNSInfo Dashboards, TNSInfo Explorer, TNSInfo Miriad and TNSInfo Tabs.
The purpose and contents of this website is to provide online information analysis and a reporting service which clients can use amongst other things, to store and organise marketing information. Nothing in this website shall constitute an offer for our services, all contracts for our market research services should be agreed in writing.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information contained in this website is correct we make no representation or warranty (either express or implied) as to its completeness, accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose. TNS and you acknowledge that Confidential Information (information posted, uploaded or made accessible by the disclosing party, including any copyrights, database rights, know-how, trade marks and trade and business names contained in such information) will be disclosed by either party and agree that such Confidential Information will be treated as secret and confidential and shall not disclose any such Confidential Information to any third party without the other party’s prior written consent. Confidential Information also includes anything the receiving party creates which is derived from or based upon the information or materials disclosed to it by the disclosing party.
Restriction on use
All the materials, graphics, sounds and other components on this website are copyrighted unless otherwise noted or produced specifically for you as our client. Any unauthorised use of materials on this website may violate copyright, trade mark and other laws and intellectual property rights of TNS and TNS’s partners.

Using any links
Except for TNS Group Solutions, we do not endorse or approve the content of any other website referred to or accessed by hypertext link, or embedded inside our frames through this website nor will we have any liability in connection with any of them.
Username and password confidentiality
You agree to ensure that you keep system usernames and/or passwords safe and do not disclose them to unauthorised individuals. You shall be liable for any loss or damage caused to us, resulting from the disclosure by you of usernames and/or passwords to unauthorised individuals. If you leave, your employer must promptly notify us and you must not use your username and/or password again. We have the right to disable any username and/or password at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.
Indemnity
You shall indemnify TNS and the companies within the TNS group in respect of any and all claims, costs, losses, expenses, and liabilities that the TNS group may suffer or incur arising out of (a) any information posted by you on TNSInfo or (b) software used by you in connection with posting such information or (c) any unauthorised disclosure of confidential information by you.
In particular if you submit and upload material to TNSInfo, you represent and undertake the following:
- Not to introduce any computer viruses, routines, worms, bugs, codes, time bombs or any other mechanisms of whatsoever nature that are likely to cause damage to TNSInfo.
- Fully test the software used to post the information on to TNSInfo for viruses using the latest high quality commercially available virus checking software in your country and only posting the information on to TNSInfo if no known viruses were detected.
- Ensure that the information posted is accurate and remains accurate
- Only permitting duly authorised representatives to post information on TNSInfo in sections specifically designed for you to insert your information.
- Not to access or attempt to access any third party information on TNSInfo for which you have not been granted access.
- Not to insert any material which contains, hate speech, racism, sexism, pornography, illegal material, disparaging remarks about individuals, or third parties or TNS, remarks that damages TNS’s business or reputation, or negative and/or misleading information relating to TNS or it’s clients.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for the material you submit including its legality, reliability, appropriateness, originality, and copyright. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this website any unlawful, threatening, libellous, defamatory, obscene, or other material that would violate any law.
Reliance on information posted
Commentary and other materials posted on our sites are not intended to amount to advice on which reliance should be placed.
